Intake/Exhaust Design ?

Got a couple issues with my current setup first off there's 2 windows in the gro but we're geting fresh air from the dryer vent, so a 12 foot run if six inch ducting is coming out of the room to the dryer vent; What would typically be done here, would you make a window box on the window in the room (seems Sketchy) or have a run of ducting to the dryer vent?

I would like to not have ducting coming out of a room its a dead giveaway lol

Heres the window in question the room is 10x20 and Im currently only using half the room the half Im using has this window.what Im wondering is like do you guys think its a good idea to build a window box on this window and get fresh air from there OR keep getting fresh air from the dryer vent thats outside the growroom causing me to have runs of ducting coming out of the room into the basement and connected to the dryer vent.

Also for exaust we have a ten inch connected to a carbon scrubber thats inside the room but were venting it out the chimney which requires a run of 10 inch ducting out of the growroom about 20 feet thru the basement connecting to the furnace vent.

I dont like this for a couple reasons its a dead giveaway theres a gro on the other side of the ducting, I also feel like were losing efficiency due to long runs of ducting.

The only way I see to keep the gro self contained is to make it a sealed room but thats a big job in itself also a air conditioner is out of the question due to not enough power. Should I just put up with having ducting everywere or complelty rework everything.

any ideas are welcome

its a rental so no major stuff can be done Ive thought about moving the gro closer to the furnace vent but that would be a hassle as its not enclosed in that area. also the furnace vent is 8 inch so theres a reducer from 10 inch to 8 I feel like thats restricting air flow aswell the more I think about it the more a sealed room seems to be the way to go
