It's been years since I've grown anything... I (maybe) can make a flat-pack kit for those whom are interested, and either way the plans will be free as a DWG or STL or something.
I am very lazy, so the goal is to just have the thing screw together, with a water line input from the house's RO, and have it all timed to fill and drawn, where all I need to do is keep the nute levels up 1/week.
I like to keep it simple.
Cycle will be 5x plants in 4x DWC flowering systems on rotation... so harvest 5x plants every 2 weeks.
That means 6x clones for 2 weeks, 6x veg for 2 weeks, one dies, then 5x flowering for two weeks. I'm going for 2' spheres vertical-cycle with lights down the middle in the flowering room (walk-in closet). The other 4-5 spaces in the veg chamber are for moms.
DWC Clones in neoprene discs will be kept topped off from pressurized water, and automatically drain once weekly into the veg tray. They will be vacuum formed cloners which screw to the side of the box (pictured).
The veg tray will also be custom vacuum formed, and have holes for venting air in through the slot at the bottom of the box. It will be kept topped off from pressure to 1" depth, and have moisture-based drip watering from an external reservoir which I'll keep full of ~200-300ppm. They are 6" rockwool cubes. Alternatively I could water them by hand daily.

The whole thing will be made from two 4x8 sheets.
