Nearing the end of my year long, court ordered, hiatus from my favorite hobby. Gotta love how they can take medicine from people nowadays. Lost my big grow during a rough divorce and I'm looking to setup a small room (8 × 9) and I'm looking for some input. I learned on soil. You will find a couple of my grow logs around here somewhere, sa me name, just without the squiggles. It's been years since I did the ic thing. But I'm back. Hopefully for good this time. Anyhow, my last grow was a garage full of dwc tubs where I was vegging for a large scale farmer. Learned a lot and would prefer to stick to the hydro thing. Soil is great and all, but I don't have the space to mess with first and all that any more. Hydro was so much more simple once I got the hang of it. Neat and tidy too.
So what I'm looking at is an 8 x 9 ft room that I'm going to build in the garage. I'm thinking the floor plan will be something similar to the pic I included. Possibly 2 3x5 tables for flowering and a 2x4x4 tent fora couple mom's and clones. Would like to do a harvest every 5 weeks. 3 weeks would be better, but until I have space for a third table and bigger plants, I can live with 5 weeks alternating between tables. Thinking a sea of green, hence the tables, is going to be my best bet for maximizing yeild in my space rather than a few larger plants. I'm in Michigan, so 72 is the max count I can have. So I'm thinking that each table will have around 23 plants. Leaving me room to have two mothers plus clones and never go over the limit on plant counts.
I'd love to get some input on what type of hydro system you folks think would work best and yield the most. I'm still planning, I have another three months before I can drop a seed. So throw some ideas out there and help me brainstorm!

I just got done building a 4x8 flowering room that was a lot of work . Two lights carbon fliter exhaust supply return hanging fans putting up plastic it was a big job. Next time I'm thinking a tent lol
