Input needed on apt grow setup

I am moving into a new apartment soon and would like to pick back up on my hobby of growing. I will be living in a two bedroom apt and supplying bud for my girlfriend and I. I'm so pumped to pick back up where I left off a year ago.

Please review my setup I have decided and let me know where I may need to make changes. I would like advice on lighting and ventilation-

Tent: Darkroom Twin 90 - 36x36x81 (Give me a veg and flower tent Height Bottom: 59.1" Height Top: 23.6")
Light: SGS-160 LED Grow Light (Flower) 110w PL-L (Veg)
Fan: Sunleaves WindTunnel Inline Fan - 4" 200 CFM (Will be used to cool both sections of tent)
Nutes & Soil: BlueMax Premium 2-part Grow/Bloom w/ FFOF

My main concerns are the led not having enough height above the plants to avoid burning or bleaching. Will my fan rated at 200 CFM have enough force after I add a carbon filter to provide adequate air exchange and keep my lights cool?

What about your security? Are you going to change the locks to the room where you keep your tent? Maybe you can place your tents in the 2nd bedroom.

I live in a small two bedroom apartment with my girlfriend and grow for med use. Make sure the apartment you move into has a good central heating and cooling unit. I've grown on top floors and basements, I prefer basements. Exhaust your tents up high and use passive intake near the floor. Treat the rest of your apartment like a lung. I keep my temps at 68F and RH around 40% in my living space to keep the plants happy.

As far as air exchange calculate how many cubic feet your grow space is and compare it to the cfm rating of your fan. The 6" I use in a 5x5 darkroom is overkill, damn near implodes the tent. Been a while since I did the math but I think I'm exchanging air better than 4x per minute. Definitely get a carbon filter for stealth, even if you're legal. Your neighbors are either going to a) call the police or b) constantly try to buy a bag off you. It's best to just keep a low profile.

Carbon filter like a mofo!!!
Use the 2nd bedroom to grow in and put a bolt lock on that door.
The 2nd bedroom will be your lung room and trimming room.
Anything that smells will stay inside this room. I'm not joking.
If the smell gets out into the living room the chances are very high that its in the hallway or leaking out a window somewhere.

I guess you will not using CO2 so venting should not be a major issue, and I agree with SittingBull definitely a carbon filter. There are great videos on youtube to do a DIY one. As long as you have meters and gauges to maintain a proper environment you are good to go. Remember you are 68 cubic feet so you 200 CFM should work just fine. You need to know how your room runs so you can gauge how often you need to vent.
I would question the LEDs, I am in somewhat of the same situation as you are. I have been researching LEDs for some time now and what I have found out is, "buyer be aware". You need to spend some serious coin on a good system such as the BLACKDOG series http://www.blackdogled.com/. The problem is that many manufactures claim to provide full spectrum but they truly do not, despite how many LEDs they have or the wattage, it is al about quality not the quantity of LEDs. I live in state where it is LEGAL to grow your own. So there are many growers where I live and they all say the same thing HIDS are the way to go, until the LED market & technology settles. Are you doing SOG or of the sort? If you are I would use the LED for cloning and veg and go for 400w HPS for flower (600 watt would be nice if you use CO2), 400 watt will give you roughly 45watts per sq. ft. at 75 degrees with a humidity level of 55% which is very nice. For cloning and veg you want happy healthy plants (Ed Rosenthal stated in his many discussions that HO T5 work better than MH for the veg state). Its the flowering stage where you want to really be concerned with.
