Inoculating Plugs

In the not-so-distant past I was listening to a podcast with a guy who had created an extremely soluble mycorrhizal inoculant product (I remember it having some clever pun for the brand name) that could be used regularly throughout the grow as a mycorrhizal boost during waterings, it was being used to soak plugs like Rapid Rooters before planting to inoculate the taproot as soon as it cracks shell & so on & so forth.

I cannot, for the life of me, remember the name of the product, the name(s) of the interviewee/interviewer, or the name of the podcast...so I figured, "why not ask the community?"

So here goes: What is your favorite way to (or product for) inoculate plugs (like Rapid Rooters) prior to sowing seed and/or clone in them?

Btw, I figured out the product and where I heard about it.

DynaMyc (a play on the word dynamic) is the product line and I heard about it from Shango Los on his Shaping Fire podcast

But I am still super curious as to what you guys do.

Hmmm. I'm actually interested in this. In my experience, mycorrhizals actually work very well in active hydroponic systems. I've innoculated my rockwool cubes before and seen evidence that the fungal activity is present all the way to harvest. I stopped doing fancy experimental stuff like that a long time ago when I stopped working at a hydroponics shop, thus taking the palette of fun experimental things away from me.

But I might consider it again, and obviously a very water soluble option would be what I would go for.

From my understanding, DynaMyc's selling point is its solubility, I know there are others that claim they are soluble but I don't know how well they actually perform...plus there are a fair amount that are ultrafine but not soluble, claiming to be able to be watered in when mixed up well.

That is the jist of what I've found looking around.

I'd love to hear some actual experience though...heard this product called MycoFusion might have some hydro applications, as well.
