inline air filter question

hey guys im finshing up building my grow room and had a question I need to filter the air that is going to be going into my grow room to make sure that there is no bugs/mold/bacteria and I see that there are phresh inline air filters and was wondering if those are good to use or hepa filters?

also do I need to have a inline fan hooked up to suck the air threw it? or can I just depend on the inline fan that is hooked up to the carbon filter that is sucking air out of the room to build up enoff back pressure to cause the air to be sucked threw the inline filter and threw the ducting into the grow room?

Gotta make something like this when I get caught up. Just gonna make a "inner core" (see DIY- Pro style carbon filter), and wrap it with poly fill.
