Anyone heard of Ingrid? I picked some up from a dispensary the other day...

It was really good, I wanted a clone or some seeds , i'd like to grow it myself. Anyone know anything about it? A google search and ic search didn't reveal any actual strain information.

I had the opportunity to sample some Ingrid a few years ago that I picked up at a dispensary in the Haight Ashbury district of SF. I enjoyed it.

Since then, I've seen a few threads about Ingrid...and I think I recall her supposedly having Swiss genetics. I can't say for sure. I've also never seen or came across any seeds or clones of her either. I would love to grow her.

Ingrid is all over the club scene, but the cut seems to be out of circulation, or very closely guarded. I have the same memory as Herbsman_OS about it originating in Switzerland.

It's a very strong indica that is effective in treating chronic pain and insomnia. In my experience it's also a serious appetite stimulator.

Ingrid is supposedly an indica of Original Big Bud developed in Switzerland.

Hey I've got some Ingrid that came from Harborside, and it's real cheesy smelling, kinda gross really. I can't say that I enjoy it. I thought I would and bought a couple grams and it's still stankin' up my indica jar. is this common for ingrid, a nasty cheesy funk?

It has made its way out to CO as well...

Not sure what it is but a CA transplant was rocking it for a while. Don't know if she lost it in a pm attack.

I found the high kind of boring to be honest. It just made me zoned out without much euphoria.

So it would be super dank of one of you to come up 5 years later and tell me you got ahold of a cut/seed? I found this strain in Mendocino Village at the '...Leonards Collective' and from what the lady said, its their strain... maybe not the collective grown itself, but an exclusive vendor? It also has a sister strain Red Dragon (I hate the 'dragon' strain names) That is great too. Theyre almost 2 phenotypes of the same strain. Ingrid is SUPER cheesy with a strong, but secondary (?Passion) fruit under tone whereas the Red Dragon seemed to be the polor opposite. Honestly with the flavors, id have both of those strains in my garden for a long time. Anyone have em?

Ingrid is tightly held in the northern CA area. I managed a collective for several years and dealt with the broker who brought it down from up north. It is a nice indica strain, it is a cross of UK cheese and Hashplant. Out of the 5 years I worked as a manager I have only seen the one person come in to vend it. That doesn't mean it's not elsewhere but I believe it is pretty tightly held.

At the Emerald Cup I was offered free samples of a strain labeled "Ingrid" from a Harborside employee. I asked about it's details and he volunteered it was actually Swiss Mix relabeled for sales purposes. In this day & age it's important to identify traits you enjoy about a strain as names have been rendered meaningless.

Ingrid is one of my favorites. A stop by Leonard Moore when I'm in Mendo is a must. Tightly held for good reason, their farmers know what they're doing and don't want crappy flowers out there.

The ingrid was at the ReLeaf club in sf some months back. I can definitely see it being a uk cheese hybrid. Potent and a great smell

Ingrid if from Mendocino. Check out the Leonard Moore Cooperative. I had it when i was living in the village and its their own creation. Very good!

Edit: reading is fundamental. But i did enjoy this one. Another rarity around that area is called cashmere. I had no chance of a cut of cashmere but the herb was fantastic
