OK here we go.
First i having a bit of a hard time doing this, My English is not that great and the panic attack won`t help.
So we like to ask if I make a mistake or something other stupid please let me know so we can fix it.
There is no place for trolls in the topic.


Maybe good to know we love Infused Food for fighting the C-PTSD it give me a calm effect then with vaping.
We are i now way a Cook just a Cat loving to work with herbs and like to share.

So it`s time to kick-start the first Recipe it will be a Infused White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake

It's for a Round Baking Tin of 26cm (12 Slides).
I used Infused Whipped Cream (Watch out for the temperature) but you can also do the butter and if you want a less taste you wash the butter (Well some loss and never do more than 2 times).


The Ingredients Needed.
Cake Bottom.

[ ] 250g / 8.8oz Cookies of your choice (I bake my own).
[ ] 50g / 1.8oz White Chocolate.

Cheesecake Filling.
[ ] 800g / 28oz Cream cheese.
[ ] 230g/ 8.1oz Sugar.
[ ] 5 Eggs.
[ ] 1 egg yolk.
[ ] 50 ml Whipped cream.
[ ] 1/2 Vanilla Stick.
[ ] 20g / 0.71oz flour.

Chocolate Ganache.
[ ] 40g / 1.4oz White Chocolate.
[ ] 20g / 0.71oz Whipped cream.
[ ] 125g / 4.4oz Raspberry`s.

White Chocolate Mousse.
[ ] 150g / 5.3oz White Chocolate.
[ ] 450 ml Whipped cream Infused.

Cream Toefen.
[ ] 200g / 7.1oz Cream cheese.
[ ] 100g / 3.5oz Powdered sugar.
[ ] 6g / 0.21oz Butter Infused.
[ ] 1/2 Vanilla Stick.
[ ] 12 Fresh Raspberries.


The Mousse.
Make The Mousse 24 hours earlier.
Break the White Chocolate and melt it au bain-marie.When it has melted, remove it from the
heat and let it cool at the same time beat 400ml of Infused whipped cream.
Add all round 50ml whipped cream you have left over the melted chocolate and mix well.
When the whipped cream is almost stiff, pour in the chocolate.
Be very careful not to let it stiff.


The Bottom.
Warm up the oven to 180°C / 356°F.
Crumble the Cookies of choice and melt the White Chocolate in a thick bottomed saucepan.
Throw the Crumbled Cookies with the chocolate and mix well.
Cover the Tin bottom 1cm with the Cookies and Chocolate.

The Cheesecake Filling.
Beat the cream cheese lightly and throw in the sugar beat for about 2 mins.
Beat the eggs through (The longer the longer the more fluffy and more likely to tear which you don’t want).
Add the Whipped cream and Vanilla and flour mix it for 1 min.
Until you have a nice smooth cream.

The Chocolate Ganache.
Break the White Chocolate and melt au bain-marie.
Beat the Melted Chocolate through the Whipped Cream.
Then mix the Ganache into the cream Cheese filling.
And drop the filling into the pre-baked Cookies bottom.

Bak time.
Kick start the oven at 130°C / 266°F and if you do not have a steam injection, put a water bath in the oven to make the cheese cake softer.
(10min before then end you can loose the cake form the wall is not easy and if you don`t mind a tear then you can skip this.)
Bake it for 2 hours and cool it in the oven for 2 hours.
Then set up for another 4 hours in the refrigerator.

The Cream Toefen.
Mix the cream cheese with Powdered sugar.
Then whisk in the melted butter and then the vanilla and mix for 5 minutes.

Making the Cheesecake.
Put a little mouse on the cheesecake and spray the cream toefen on top 12 = the number of pieces.
And put a fresh raspberry on the cream toef.

Cannabis Infused Apple Strudel.

Please read all before you start.

First you need to think about what the infusion you will using.
You can use butter but I prefer to soak in 80% rum and filter it and then soak the apple with it.

So when using Rum you need to soak the herb.

The plan.

The Ingredients Needed.

This can be use for one big one or 2 smaller ones.
Best is to do 2 small one because you want to get the dough very thin.

The Dough for x2 small
[ ] 250 g = 8.8oz flour
[ ] 100 g = 3.5oz g Melted butter 80 g = 2.8oz in 20 g = 0.71oz for greasing.
[ ] 1 egg.
[ ] 100g = 3.5oz g Sugar 50g = 1.8oz / 50 = 1.8oz for the dough other for on the dough.
[ ] a little bit of salt.


The Filling.
[ ] 1 tablespoon infused Rum.
[ ] A little lime.
[ ] 20g = 0.71oz raisins.
[ ] 35g = 1.2oz Soft Butter.
[ ] 25g = 0.88oz Sugar.
[ ] 2 eggs segregated.
[ ] 2 apple`s
[ ] milk.
[ ] 30 g = 1.1oz bread-crumb.
[ ] powdered sugar.

The phyllo dough (filodeeg) 2x small Apple Strudel.
Sift the flour and put 80g = 2.8oz melted butter in the 20g = 0.71oz you keep for greasing the dough later.
Add an egg and 50 grams of sugar, the other 50 is for sprinkling the dough.
Add 6 tablespoons of water.
Mix it until you have a smooth and elastic dough.
Lets it rest for 30 minutes or you can store the dough in the fridge for another time.


Preheat the oven 140 °C / 284 °F.

Peel the apples and add a tablespoon of rum + a little lime + the raisins.

Mix the Soft butter, egg yolks and sugar until creamy and add 15 g breadcrumbs.
Mix the egg whites to stiff points and mix it with the other mix.


Now the hardest part of this.
Start rolling out the dough.
It is important that you put it on a smooth cloth / foil.
It is meant to be very thin and you can roll it up well with a cloth / foil.

Roll it into a rectangle (I did not a great job on this one lol).
Melt the 20 g butter and grease the dough.
Sprinkle over 15 g breadcrumbs = 50 g sugar (the you have left).

Put the apple + raisins on the dough.

Roll up the dough (Watch out not have a lot of dough one the side it will become very thick or roll lesser layers)

Brushes it with milk.
After the half the baking time brushes it again with milk.
Bake until light brown.
That takes between 100 to 120 mins.

For making ice the ice cream machine is very nice to get the right air in it.
I use a Princess 282604 DeLuxe.
Those 24 hour freeze things work nice on Cold days.

Sweet Milk "Fior Di Latte"
It a very easy one to make i pref to use AHO or Dry sift you can infused with Buds.
You can choose to do the Cream or milk.



[] 56 g Powdered milk.
[] 100 g Crystal Sugar.
[] 20 g Tapioca starch.
[] 192 g Whipped Cream not Whip.
[] 685 g Whole milk.
[] 25 g Honey.

Mix the dry ingredients together and mix it.
Add the milk and put it on a low heat (If heat to fast you get bad taste) and stir good add the Cream and Honey.
Keep Stirring till you notice it gets a bit more thicker.
It`s ready when it not flows of a spoon.

Put it in a jar that can handle heat and Cold en cold it of in a cold water or ICE (Put some plastic film above).
Put it for 24 hours in the refrigerator.
After 24 hour start the ice machine first make sure it already cooling and turning.

Add it to the machine and let it run for about 45 mins.
After that put it in a jar and store it.

Bro I was so high I missed when u posted the apfel strudel recipe! Nicely done! Hope to get what I need and try it soon!

Yeah men totally at Clouds in Wudang Mountain.
I use Butter in bread did 16g Seriosa Lower buds and decarb it in the pot by Noids.
After that step we did infused that with 100g Butter.
Mason Jar in Crockpot Express 8 hours slow cooking that about 78 ℃ degrees Celcius.
After that we did wash it 2 times.
was all round 100 ml butter so we add 100 ml hot water at 85 ℃ degrees Celcius.
After the second wash and cooling we did softened the butter and add 1/2 Tablespoon Sunflower Lecithin.
Did keep 80 g butter use 20 in bread. 4x to the Clouds in Wudang Mountain.

Going to make a step by step you can decarb with the Mason Jar in Crockpot or oven to.
Big = 2 time small 1 time + still need to rest....
