Because of the freedom of information act, bulletins sent to dea agents have to be made public. You can read these monthly bulletins online. Really interesting what drugs they find. Here's July 2006: http://www.dea.gov/programs/forensicsci/microgram/mg0706/mg0706.pdf If this interests you, here's the index for the back issues: http://www.dea.gov/programs/forensicsci/microgram/bulletins_index.html

Note: If you are concerned about going to a government website...you can find these bulletins also here: http://www.cognitiveliberty.org/dll/microgram_info.html

Wait, so going to a government site straight from a grow site is a bad idea?

yea, i wanna know how they did that

Well I guess they'd have noticed if they'd been covered with kif, so my guess is either they'd been gently sauteed in cannabutter before drying or they'd somehow been coated/impregnated with honey oil.

Actually, how about steeping them in an alcohol extraction of cannabis, and then gently drying them out? If the 'shrooms had been previously dried then their cells would take up a lot of the liquid, and when they were dried out again the THC and other dissolved compounds would be evenly spread throughout the 'shrooms.

I think it would have to be your latter idea, because after all, doesnt heat destroy psilocybin?

To a certain extent, but you wouldn't need to heat it very much, just enough to melt the cannabutter. Perhaps a water bath would be a better method?

I don't think it's been done to the 'shrooms in question, but it should work. Actually, it might be possible to preserve 'shrooms in cannabutter in the same way that potted shrimp or rillettes are preserved - a layer of fat to keep all the air out. I might try it at some point with normal mushrooms and butter (probably with salt, pepper and a few other flavourings), just to see if the idea works.

I liked the October 2005 issue of the microgram bulletin. In it they describe two men that were pulled over by Missouri state troopers. They tried to escape on foot. When their vehicle was searched they found a 3' hobby rocket connected to the cig. lighter with wires. In the rocket was meth. They had planned to shoot the rocket 1000' into the air if they were stopped by police. They thought the meth. would burn up in the air or scatter. They were arrested.

Thc laced psilocybin...what is the point? Do you people get anything out of smoking weed when you are mushed up? I sure don't, doesn't do anything for me but I LOVE to smoke while on mush because I love to watch the smoke come out of my mouth. Usually smoke alot of weed on mush because of that but it doesn't affect me, all I feel is the mushrooms.

Due to the overwhelming number of Stu Grimson threads :bigeye: I decided to bump this thread back up again.
