Inexpensive pH meters

Been looking at those pH meters they sell for about $7-8 and was wondering if they are worthwhile. Are they "close enough" for a soil grower?

the strips are fine if you wana just keep it a do-able grow, better meter is more accurate reading,

the cheapest meter they sell at my dro store is in the 60 dollar range some I'm curious about this as I've dished out the money to pimp the room and I'm sick of checking ph I want to fork for continuous milwaukee meter and mount it on the wall, but I'll tinker with cheap solutions hell for that price you can buy new ones for each grow

I'm growing in soil BudSites, so that makes things cheaper alot of times. LOL

That's not too expensive ElGato, and digital too unlike the Rapitest pH meters I was looking at.

I suppose if I need to buy a new tool is should be a reasonably good one.
