conserning mold: If you see any hint of it.. harvest... that shit spreads fast! Your plant can die in a week. especially in high humidity. Da kunk will still be more potent than indoor grows due to the suns awesome power. Just accept your loss and smoke it. Sure got a hefty smell though... the neighbour know

i say nothing beats good outdoor under the right conditions, but you can also have more control and grow awesome bud indoors.

the thing that sucks about mold is it grows from the middle to the outside so by time you notice it it's normally to late.

^^^True. I think the power of the sun gives outdoor more potential, but outdoor can fall victim to a number of environmental issues. Indoor probably doesn't have as much potential w/o the sun but it's probably better than outdoor "on average"....I've had some really bomb outdoor and some really crap outdoor, whereas the indoor seems to hover right in the middle, not outstanding but never anything wrong w/ it either.

I bet you can get smoother tasting smoke indoors though. Outdoor kunk is heavy duty and harsh.. wind and rain spice.. man you can smell that shit an acre away.

Man I read ya... airports are great places to grow (acres and acres of space), natural parks... and even in city parks...

personally i think outdoor tastes better, when it's dried and cured properly it's just as smooth as indoor smoke.

the thing is with the crappy outdoor is people reuse there seeds over n over each year, in areas like the midwest of usa it gets pollinated by wild hemp and ditchweed making your strain worse every year.

people start out with killer genetics and grow it out....it gets pollinated by ditch weed and now you have killer strain x ditch weed....then you keep them seeds and grow them and that year it gets pollinated by ditch weed again, and again, and again....around here peoples killer genetics are ruined in 2-3 seasons. pollen travels 100's of miles and there is no way around it....thats why you need to breed indoors and keep original seed stock.

right man. and cubing and inbreeding just makes it worse. It's a weed. I bet mixed genetics would come on top of inbred assimilation outdoors due to natural selection anytime

you plant 100.. 50% die at an early stage. 20% due to imporbabilty. 10 of them die due to snail etc.. half of them are female

there is your outdoor harvest

but I must say that the stalk of the outdoor seedlings were 100% thicker than the indoorsbread variety --> strong

I will have to say outdoor for potency, indoor for control and a shitload of trichs. Organic outdoor is by far the best in the world...even with mid strains grown outside with organics you can't go wrong...

I rekon only thing you need is a digital ph-meter if anything at all..

Learning to go by indicator plants is a more powerful way to go

But you gotta love growing it more than smoking it...

I'm surprised so many people give the heads up to Outdoors. I tend to see people thinking that just because bud grown outdoors isn't as dense, it thus isn't as potent. Either way, I gotta go with the bandwagon and say Outdoor in the right conditions.

Outdoor bud gets a bad rap in alot fo places it seems. Everytime people hear about 'outdoor' bud here, they avoid it. They all insist that 'hydro is best'. I had to prove em wrong. 100% organic outdoor

I can't really say which is better, because I have never had the pleasure of knowing what I was smoking. From now on though it'll be all my own indoor. I've gotta say though, I can only imagine the possibilities of some greenhouse grown hydro from the tropics...
