Hi all,
I am New to this forum and just wanted to post one of my current grows testing Genetics. I am a seasoned grower but new to the whole organics thing along with AACT's. Most of my current veg is in a mix of FFOF and roots... My next round will be in a supersoil mix I have that should Take me through flower using only water and compost teas. Please feel free to drop a line or knowledge or just check out my grow!! Thanks and happy gardening!!

I have a ton of pics to upload of the beans I popped and their first month if growth...my phone will not let me upload so I will have to do when I get to a computer at home!! Pics coming soon!! 1 400w 1 600w veg in 8x4 jarden grow tent...5-7 gal pots 18 different strains..bonsai mothers, 2 600w gravita and 2 1000w sunshade hps for flower. Mini split a/c, co2 burner, all sentinel controlled in a insulated shed in the backyard. Started off using GO organics line with straight FFOF.. Pretty good results but looking for a lot more yield to come from my amended soil and tea setup.. I have the room to pull some great yields I just need to refine my soil recipe and tea mixture...right now using EWC, humid oil, the guano company veg and bloom teas, grandmas humic and fulvic, molasses, and great white...so far I have very good results in veg using straight dechlorinated water and a tea feed and foliar every 10 days...promise to post pics soon and would love anyone's input!! Thanks

Too new to be much help, but wanted to comment to say Welcome.

You have a nice setup. 7 gals....how long do you plant to veg?
Those will be nice.

Good luck,

Everything is looking very healthy. The compost tea is definately giving me great results so far. Since I used non amended bag soil for the first four bigger plants in roots pots I will feed all of veg using only water and compost tea. In flower I will add a few amendments to my tes in order to supplement for the uptake during veg. The new stuff thats been transplanted into 10 gal plastic pots has amended soil and will use roughly the same regiment except a lighter fed flower tea.

Here is my compost tea recipie so far....feel free to comment:

Roughly 4 gals dechlorinated water ppm <150
1c Humisoil
1c EWC's
1/3c guano company super tea
1/3c grandma's h-2
1/3c grandma's f-1
30ml age old sea kelp
25ml maxicrop fish emulsion
2 shot glasses molasses
great white (at the end)

I will start substituting the seakelp for 1/3c kelp meal and change from fish emulsion to neptunes hydrosylate in the next teas I run but for now this seems to be working.

Ive fed tea 3 times and only one time I used fish emultion to give a nitrogen boost before flipping to flower....comments plz..Thanks_MM

Sounds like my new setup. I have been doing some research on the AACT's as well and will be converting to the super soil and compost tea for quality and yield. Here are a couple things to think about.
1. Aside from your guano super tea. you need to add actual compost.
look for a highly bio diverse kind. Sorry none to suggest
2. Some ewc are not as pure as others and the roots organics big worm has shown to be most pure.
3. look into fungal vs bacterial AACT's. You should use a more fungal from mid to late flowering. Use oats that have been soaked in a little water and have been left to grow a bit of mycelium. add it to your brew.
4.If you don't already know about brewing there are a couple musts. brew temp 65-70F. use a excessive amount of aeration unless you have a dissolved oxygen meter. I can't remember the amount I think it was 800ppm of dissolved oxygen, but if you just get a good high flow pump you will be good. and use a 400micron bag. don't use panty hose.
