I suggest checking craigslist to find a horse poo supplier in your area. People with horses love giving that shit away.

The Coir mix he is using is just as good as manure.. It's better considering your not handling shit all day.. The only bad thing about Coir is that it's expensive.. Coffee helps with N.. That's one of the reasons it's in the mix... I never reccomend manure.. Unless you can get a good source of composted manure for free.. Some people swear by Manure.. But I have found it to be no better then any other substrate mix.. Whatever you have readily available is what you should use...
