In Trouble

Some may know that I recently had two felony convictions pending that I have since got 1 dismissed and plead guilty to another which was brought down to a misdemeanor and I now have 1 year of unsupervised probation (this all happened tues.) (never was questioned about warrant there or was it brought up). Today I find out I have a warrant for manufactering marijuana, I live in a different county where the previous instances happened so they showed up at an address I have listed.

When I was in jail I had my place cleaned out by friends and the only thing left remaining was my grow setup in a locked room with nothing in there but soil,lights,fans, and sorry to say 3-10 cannabis seeds. So when my apartment went through the final inspection they called the police obviously and now I'm in some deep shit. I want to know do you think they have a case?

Also if your wondering how I got off so liently with my other case is I recently found out I was bipolar (went to the psych ward and now see a psych.) I plan on using the same defense because all my legal issues came before I found out I was bipolar. So if anything do you think I have a foot to stand on? I'm also going to turn myself in to the local authorities and take the 3 hr. trip back to where the warrant was issued from.

Any advice is needed except for obvious mistakes.

Also I'm asking for all advice tonight I plan on turning myself in at around 10 tomorrow. I also live in NC if that gives you a hint to their laws.

It's level 6 manufacturing of marijuana, I couldn't clean the room because I was in jail unfortunately, for charges on another matter.

For 6 seeds? you need to get a lawyer my friend. Im pretty sure you can beat this charge.

Judge I have no idea what was going on at the apt. I was incarcerated. I could not control who entered and left illegal substances in my apt.

I have a feeling they want to try and get you for more. Get a good lawyer (hopefully one listen from NORML) and fight it every step of the way. I dunno claim you grow vegetables or something.
