I know this is off topic, so appologies, but to kind of answer Mrs B's Q,
If he fails to pay, then the balifs can go in and recover assets the the value of the court order. The only authorisaton needed for that is the court order (already obtained) and the passage of the due by date. If insufficient assets are recovered, then properties owned by POM can also be seized and sold. I'm not 100% certain about whether bankruptsy would absolve him of debts incurred by a court order. But either way, if he is the owner of sites such as PG, then they would be considered an asset, so he pays or that site closes down. Which lets face, where are they gonna go then? Lets hope that doesnt happen.
{edit} on a side note, I dont understand why this hasnt evolved into a criminal case. From that court ruling, it is clear that he has not only breached civil law, but also criminal law, he has gained property by deception, and thats fraud.
