I would go with Sensi - think they have the original. You should check out SSH from Mr. Nice its probably the best haze hybrid you can get. It is composed of northernlights and haze with some skunk thrown in too.

Sensi's is nothing like the original. The original seedbank offering was a different cross with diffent parents. The Seedbank hybrid was Haze x Nl#5, Sensi's is Nl x Haze.

Tried both and the result was not close. The old Seedbank version was of the hook.

Nirvanas is equal in quality to Sensi's but different (less sat), quicker in flowering in general though.

I would say thats why Shantis' SSH is profoundly better than Sensi's newer Haze x nl. The more hazy pheno's in ssh compare well to the old seedbank offering.

Ive got a 20 year old pheno of S.S.C. NL5xhaze that is absolute fire. Total haze with a slightly fruity peppery snap very "old" school flavor. She is known as the Stu...in honor of the bro who's kept her around for so long. IMO go with sensi...just buy 4-5 packs ;) DLB

4 packs of Sensi costs over $600! If he's rich that may be an option lol!

I am running female seeds' sour northern lights x haze -- going pretty good so far, quality plants, all female, good germ rate, no hermies, etc . . .

I had an awesome experience in Amsterdam-winter 2004 with 73 clones of NLXHAZE that I got from the neighborhood grow shop. I believe it was officially named "NLX" and was from White Label seed company. They were grown in a big bed that was about 3/4 of the spare bedroom with a walkway along one side of the room, A good mix of organic earth and the basic biobizz nutes + Kalong bat guano. The Plants in the center of the bed, especially two that I supercropped in between the two 600 hps lights had tops the size of 2 litre coca-cola bottles dried after ~85 days flowering time. After curing them very slowly I sold em' to Grey Area to help pay my rent.

I believe one of our partners at breeders choice has made or is working on an nl x haze bred from an old cali haze and an sssc nl line. I've never tried it but I imagine it will be a better deal than sensi's. Also I think tom hill's deep chunk x original haze is available on seedbay from time to time. I'm sure that one is a force to be reckoned with.

dudes.. why buying such hybrids from sensi?!?
rather get the original parents and you can make 1000 or more nlxhaze seeds ...enough for life and sharing with friends:)
just my kind of logic

What happened to the quality that Sensi used to be known for? Between inconsistent germination rates and results, it is hard to justify the price.

to much out-of-house seed making, I think ?

I allways had excellent germ rates from sensi. I think they are a quality company. the NL#5/Haze from sensi has got to be some awesome herb, I would go with that. For good value, I would say the FMS version of the NL/Haze would definitely be worth a run.

good luck, Ez
