in need of guidance

looking to leave the area and head west. I want to start my own grow(LEGITIMATELY) and I want to know which state would be best to start (Colorado, Washington, or California)? If Co Wa how do I get a permit and am I required to live there a certain amount of time before starting a business?

The only advice I can give you is that 1000,000 other people are doing the same thing you are planning on doing. Be ready for lots of competition.

Just look at the differnent States with open eyes. They are all about the same as the laws go. They modeled off each other choosing what would work for their states and leaving out others things.

I live in CO and have a MMJ card. The state is busy struggling to see what the retail program will look like. For sure there will be business lisences and various assorted B.S. and will be quite expensive to do it legally. My dispensary is not going to flip over to the general marijuana retail. They say it will be too much trouble. Also there is some talk about strong MMJ and weaker retail marijuana. I also agree there will be much competion. CO is a nice place to live so if you come here you are welcome.
