imported weed in Amsterdam?

Hi

I'm travelling to Amsterdam and I want to know if there is a Coffeeshop with imported ganja like in the old days on his menue.

Don't get me wrong. I like Nederwiet, but I want to smoke some real thai, nigerian or southafrican.

Is there any chance to get authentic ganja? And in which coffeeshops?

well all the Thia and jamacian weed i smoked in holland came in brick form so i'm guessing it was shipped in. It looked like shit but was very potent and for it's cheap price you can't get a better blunt in the dam.

I've had some good & potent outdoor import buds in Amsterdam and the Netherlands too

->This wasn't in Amsterdam but it's to do with shit looking herb being potent.

I bought some Swiss outdoor in Switzerland recently, and it was full of seeds and looked like crap. After a short chat, the guy who was selling it to me apologised for it being so seedy and looking so crappy, lol, and and I knocked his price down.

So, upon smoking it, although my tolerance was down at the time, the effect was very strong - I was chillin' late night in my car by a Swiss lake, getting very high and having strong images in my mind's eye when I closed my eyes, lol

It sure smoked a lot better than it looked! and that's the point - these outdoor sativas are sometimes very potent, even in poor condition and looking so bad......imagine how good they are undamaged and well grown!

Where in Switzerland were you? I live there, might even have been mine from the way it sounds lol... Seeded like hell, looks like shit, but not a bad smoke if you know to appreciate it

Lol, it was in pot-smoking Biel/Bienne.....everyone seems to smoke there and it's very tolerated......people smoking outside in the streets, in the park, around the university....everywhere, lol

Nice, I'm there quite often, my dad lives there... Smoked there a couple times too, turned out that once it was right in front of the police builing! Didn't get caught though

yes, I've been to most places in Switzerland (apart from the French areas), and Biel/Bienne is the pot capital of Switzerland as far as I'm concerned.

I know there are shops that sell weed there, but when I asked, they denied it to me, as I'm an outsider, and not Swiss :/

I wouldn't worry about getting caught in Biel - smoking herb is so normal there.

The way I found that weed was just walking through town. The last time I went, it was early evening when I arrived, and I saw and smelt weed being smoked by numerous people, and then some lads were in a bus stop in the middle of town, blatantly skinning up and smoking it, so I just went up and asked them. I think I paid 4 Francs a gram for that weed - they only had a couple of grams to sell, and I de-seeded it, de-twigged it, and rolled up 1 medium sized pure joint - was good

They said all the dealers weren't around, as they'd just finished work for the day, lol, but if you keep your eyes and nose on the alert, it's quite easy to find during the daytime, and at night too if you're brave and know how to look after yourself.

Another example is, last summer it was completely normal for groups of students to sit around smoking a hookah by the lake.

I never saw any police intervention, and didn't feel the threat of it either.

I did also meet people who put me in touch with a great dealer there, but his mobile number is now dead It was a shame because the weed was very good, and the price was only about 7 or 8 Francs a gram I seem to remember.

Those are nice prices, normally you get ripped off pretty hard here in switzerland. 10/g for outdoor is kinda common, and no one knows what strain it is. I'm trying to change that

Well those prices were good, but I've been ripped off as well, don't get me wrong.

Prices were high in Zurich, but the quality was good, and another time, even in Biel I paid over the odds to a couple of guys I think were in fact heroin junkies.
