I'm so pissed!! I orderd a bunch of beans from nirvana and recieved the first pack and its been two weeks and still no second pack!!!!! WTF I asked them and they said check the FAQs and I saw they come in diffrent packs but still two weeks apart. I mean come on, anyway I think I'm getting screwed. What do you think? :asskick:

think they didn't have the stock to send you both at same time or they got conviscated. You didn't get screwed. Smoke a bowl and chill out, you are only making it worse by stressing over it. Whatever happens will happen stressed or not.

No matter the company, you can always have problems. There is always the chance of it being swiped by customs. It's just part of the game. If the company cares about its customers, it will send you another pack at your word. I wouldn't stress, Nirvana has been around a while and I don't think they would have such a good rep if they were out to screw customers. I wouldn't worry, just get in touch with them. I feel your pain, I too got had a while back, but they were not as nice about it as they should have been. Good luck and be sure to let everyone know what they did for you.

If they were taken by customs, you will be getting a letter in the mail describing what was taken and they will ask you nicely to stop and explain what laws were broken. If you don't get the letter.......

Some seedbanks have to wait for the breeder to supply them. I have noticed since Ive been of the internet that a number of seedbanks are selling knock-offs of my seeds (they make their own, after buying seeds from me). So it can be a shady business. I would be more inclined to trust a seedbank that has to wait for the REAL seeds to get to them. Be patient, they arent out to screw over their own reputation.

I will never buy from Nirvana again. I bought some California Orange that did not sprout. It is the first time in my life that I tried to sprout a seeds that I ever came out with nothing. Be warned.

randude I've been down this road with gypsy,the Doc,Francine at female seeds though never have zero germed.You may vent some,but nothings coming your way if you handle it like this.All three times my seeds were replaced and I was satisfied,these people know shit happens, talk to them.Ooops wrong thread lol

I've had the same thing happen once. Just be civil with the people you aren't the only person that's ordered from them. Nirvanna doesn't rip you off they're human they can make mistakes too.

I use Nirvana, and they allways take care of me when something happens, So I would recomend them to anyone... Just hang in there and you will be taken care of....

I just know the timing sucks. I cannot imagine what could make ten dark seeds Not Sprout. I am sure it is just a misunderstanding, but I hope they treat me like a paying customer someday.

Yea i would say its a lack of stock ......they have said on there site they are a small group so they havnt got alot of time to answer questions and things like that ....Which would be understandable considering they get up to 1000 orders a month ...some months..

But i think a good thing to add to there site would be a in or out of stock so you have the option of ordering something else...

what you guys thnk.

u might have a little more success resolving this if u posted in the right forum this is the grow forum not seedbay forum and if u read the sbay faq it says wait 30 days from the time u sent payment and then email them i can tell u from my personal experience that if beans were lost or confiscated u arent getting any replacments READ the faq
