I'm mixing some worm chow and want to know if it should work or does it need to be changed.
I'm thinking 100g hardwood sawdust, 200g alfalfa, 200g soybean hulls, 200g malted seeds, 20g diatomaceous earth, 20g dolomite. That puts the C-N ratio around 35.
I made it a bit alkaline but I use peat, and wanted to be able to add sulfur. I also give them a dusting of craft blend(from build a soil) 1 time a month, also leaves and some kitchen scraps.
Am I missing something I need or will that work?
