Im looking for a haze strain popular in new york

Hey fellas,

I'm looking for a haze strain that goes as "piff" in new york. I cant describe the taste, and also i dont have any pictures. I use to have access to it about 9 years ago. It was that haze and sour diesel that were available at the time. Please let me know if you guys have any ideas.

I read through a lot of those haze threads, if you are looking for a seed version, my take was that people seem to like the mango haze (Mr Nice?) and African haze (top Dawg).

Closest I've had is Serious Kali Mist. I was surprised because when I tried it in Amsterdam, it smelled like uptown haze / piff. I also got ridiculously high

serious seeds dont tell the true pedigree of their strains but they use building block strains like northern light haze, skunk haze, white widow ect... the kali mist is not unrelated to these building block strains in my opinion. their prices are ridiculously high for some reworked building block strains, sorry its my opinion and i have been long enough in the canna world to tell.

to me if you're searching for this strain from NYC, the strains i will try are mango haze from mr nice seeds and simply irresistible from chimera seeds. all these strains are haze hybrids linebred

Almost everyone in the breeding game uses 'building block strains.' Kali Mist is a hybrid with a Cambodian sativa from their own stash. It is a heck of a plant. I hear they reworked it several years ago, however. Serious Seeds have won tons of prices for their strains and I've always been very impressed with the pot I've tried that was originally grown from their seeds.

yes Gelado thats true almost everyone in the breeding game use building block strains, but some people hyde things to look like they offer something more special than others, many ducth breeders/seeds makers comes to mind. i dont like unclear lineage with high prices,its just not fair bizness. kali mist used to be good yes but when you see unclear lineage since day 1 and such high prices, you can bet easily its a bizness game. i dont say serious seeds strains are not good, what i know is it used to be good and more importantly i can buy better strains with much better prices. for example i bought a 18 seeds pack of mango haze seeds at the auction at mr nice seeds for 50 euros, at serious seeds a strain like kali mist is 80 euros for 11 seeds. who is stingy ? i know the clear lineage of my mango haze and all these things makes a huge difference.
cup prices means nothing really, to me its just a part of a snobish culture, sorry if i dont agree with you, i respect your opinion. i will be happy to grow some kali mist but not at 80 euros 11 seeds lol these things must stop

Gizmo from the quality I've had from Serious, those prices are worth it to me. I see where you're coming from. 8 Euro a plant is worth it for the work that they do and their solid breeding program. They really know how to pick good parents and what they're doing as far as refining their strains.
