Bet it's not Florida. Took our politicians two years to implement medical when the people passed it with a 71% majority - and took a lawsuit to get them off their asses at that.

Now they are trying to stifle the process for getting ballot initiatives on the ballot. I'm willing to bet in large part due to their fear a ballot initiative for legal recreational will be next. Crazy, stodgy old fuckers.

If there still exists a single law on the books which allows a person to be incarcerated for this plant, then we have fallen short of the goal.

My state is illegal to grow and it's been 18 years since the first time I grew a little bit of weed. Damn, I'm getting old!! Lol

I don't even really care too much I could go to Maine or MA to get permission but I'm not going to be growing like 6 plants, you can't do much selection with 6 plants it would take forever to go through a few packs. I just love popping beans it's like a box of chocolates you never know what you're going to get.
