If i took a clone from a mom that hermed in flower will the clone be a herm?

I took a bunch of cuts of a nice pineapple kush while it was in veg. It is now 7 weeks in flower and I just noticed it has a few bananas on the buds. Defiantly not a ton of them but probably 2 or 3 per top which is way more then I would ever want but I'm wondering if all the cuts i took from her will also herm? If so they gotta go which would be sad since it has gone dark purple and very frosty. I'm sure it would look even better if not a herm. I know environmental conditions can herm a plant but I have good temps and no light leaks. All 23 other flowering plants in my room are fine. Just this one plant (its the only flowering plant of this particular strain in flower room). Thanks for the advice!

I've noticed mums that herm in certain conditions have clones that will herm in the same conditions.

Some don't like pH going to low, others have issues with heat, some are really sensitive to light changes. If you really want to keep it, figure out what those conditions are and avoid them.

if ALL other plants are fine ... then so is the environment ... meaning the "one" hermied plant
has genetic tendencies to HERMi'.... the clone will have the same, .... NOT worth the trouble
if U got 20+ other potential cloned keepers....

just to clarify I have 1 pineapple kush in late flower that is a herm. It was the only pineapple kush i have and I took all the baby pineapple kushs from this mother just before it went into flower. The other flowering plants are different strains. no big deal to toss them if chances are the clones of this mother will herm though

I would avoid cloning a hermie.

It may pass on those tendencies to anything you breed or grow with it.

Imagine making a room full of clones from it and they all go hermie on you?

Is the mother from seed or clone?

This could make a bit of difference as some cloned don't act like seed plants when hermis show.

Keep the best looking clone & run it again.
Don't fill your room w it though.

A few bananas in a exceptional plant? I'd prob try to deal with it. For flowers. Not good for breeding of course.

it is just a few nans. It is a very bushy plant with 20+ tops. I'd say each top has 3 or 4 of those bastards. Luckily since the plant went so purp the naners are very easy to see. I'll send pics when lights come on. Just sucks cause i took 12 clones and they are 2ft in veg now. Ah the joy of gardening!!

based on the further input... it's a definite genetic trait ... in that specific plant ...

to truly decide U must hang on to the clones .... keeping them separate from ALL other genetic's ...

then once this original mother plant finishes... U must dry and cure the product...

in reality the smoke is the only way to "truly" tell....

yeah maybe a few 'nanners.... BUT if it epic, mind thumping head/stash.... then it's a whole other deal ....

the genetic morphing of hermi's issue can often pop up in top notch elite genetic's... is a casualty / result of the breeding and back crossing to achieve "STELLAR" genetic's....

BUT then again.... it could be CockAroach kaka....as in shitty weed from shitty genetic's ....

Would be interesting to document if some show no traits.
