If bud mold is dangerous to health, how about a mold pic thread?

There are a lot of rookie growers who depend on you vets for advice. When that advice can make the difference between being stoned and being sick, I'd say it's really important. I, for one, am not sure that i would even notice mold on buds (although I do plan on looking closely). At any rate, I think we can all agree that it would benefit everyone if we could post some pics of what NOT to smoke, and sticky the thread. It could save someone a lot of grief.

There is a spot of mold (white/grey) in this wet bud


I smoked it anyway (after hitting the mold with H2O2, and drying it out.)

Now i have bronchitis

seriously about 2 days after i smoked this bud.
I trashed all the pieces that i could tell had mold on them, but i smoked the 'untainted' ones, or at least i though it was untainted.

Who the fuck gets bronchitis in AUGUST?

I've only got pics of a plant covered in powdery mildew .....which isn't really the same as what you're talking about....but still isn't very good for you *lol*

on one of my leaves fro the bud there is a little orange spot that I first looked like amber trichs but its kinda blotchy. Is it mold?

Good idea Tokey - If a thread could stop people smoking dangerous moldy buds i'm all for it - I've been sold a few moldy buds in times of drought and I DONT recommend smokin that shit......*never again*. That said I hope i don't end up with a load of pics of moldy bud, but if I do they'll be straight on here and the bubble bags'll be coming out lol.

I had severe shakes from low-grade Mexican bud a couple of times when I was a teenager. Mold is extremely dangerous! If you live in a humid area, chances are your basement will smell like moldy bud (unless you have dehumidifers and are growing some good budz, in which case it will smell like sweet nuggery).
