in cali or other med states the MMJ has to be DRIED to weigh..
as it says in prop..
ur allowed x matures, x imutures, and x of Dried Meds.. Meds arent usable wet the THC needs to dry at least once to Become Potent (lets call it that)
if he did weigh it he would devied total by 2 or 3.
cops where i been busted weigh the baggy to.. (unless u fight it *plea not guilty) it wont be weighed again without the baggy.. and some baggies make ur misdomener half oz or oz a felony (some bags 1.1 - 30 grams not bigg ones either just thick plastic)
