Identify this bug!

Can anyone help me identify these bugs I haven't been able to find anything about them or even seen anything similar. Older ones are darker in color with translucent red wings and yellow undersides. They hang out around the stems and will circle the stem like an aphid if you try to grab em.

Are the larvae leaf miners?? I've never seen silverfish that end up darker with wings.

I have identified them as sharpshooters
