Iced Grapefruit: Grapefruit (75% C99 x 25% "Fruity Sativa") x ICE (Skunk Special x White Widow)
Two plants grown under 150 W HPS in soil with hesi nutes. Two different phenotypes, one ICE and one Grapefruit dominant. Harvested after 67 days, 15-20% amber. Yield was 82 grams.
I popped the last two jars last week, both have been curing for about 4 months.
ICE Pheno:
Smell: The smell is mainly musky hash, with some skunk and fruit undertones. Maybe some underlying fuel as well. 8/10.
Taste: It tastes like a blander version of what it smells, though not so much skunk or fuel. Instead it leaves a quite nice peppery aftertaste. Was very cough inducing before the long cure, even for some of my veteran friends. The taste itself is quite good but a tad weak. The roughness takes it down one notch too. 7/10.
High: The high is absolutely amazing. It is a nice mix of sativa and indica high. Not too racy in the beginning, just puts a warm body feeling and a huge smile on your face. It's not exactly a creeper, you feel it instantly as a weight on your face. But you get the "climbing" feel for quite some while, like you're in a roller coaster chugging up the first very very long climb. All the while getting happier and higher. It is quite incapacitating after the main ride is over after an hour n a half or two, leaving you with a nice body stone. Be warned, you are not unhigh at this stage even though you might think so after the intense ride is over. If you take as much again, you'll fall asleep. Trust me, I know very well
Several of my friends have stated "this is the/among the best I've ever smoked". It is potent, long lasting and not too devastating. Excellent to play games or watch movies with, it really helps you jump right in. The laughing fits doesn't exactly hurt either. 10/10.
Grapefruit pheno:
Smell: The smell is wonderful, just wonderful. Sweet musky lemony grapefruit that you just can't get enough of. Very sugary smell that makes your mouth water, I suspect it will be even stronger with the original Grapefruit making it perfect. 9/10.
Taste: The taste is sugary slightly peppery citrus, much smoother than the ICE pheno. However, it is a bit weak. The tastes doesn't really compliment each other, rather takes each other out making the taste a little bland. Still an excellent sugary smoke that is easy to toke. 8/10.
High: The high of the Grapefruit dominant girl is more sativa influenced. It lifts you up and is an excellent day time smoke, a clear happy high with just a little hint of the ICE stupor. No paranoia, no (overly) racing thoughts. Great for playing a relaxed game of football or throwing some ball or hoops with your friends during the summer. But toke a little heavier, and it is perfect to listen to music or watch a movie with your friends. While not as strong or "omg I've never been this high!"-inducing as the ICE pheno is, it makes up for this in that you can actually function and not at all the same level of incapacitation afterwards. I'm really glad there's such distinguishable differences between the phenos, it's almost like having two strains. 9/10.

Overall very easy to grow, no complaints whatsoever and very vigorous. Beautiful foxtaling laidies, which of course reduces yield a bit. But for an experienced grower I don't think there will be much to worry about the yield. Will definitely grow this strain again. Feel free to ask questions, I'll try to answer or help the best I can
