Had not ducked in here in a little while, I thought that I might show back up. Same space I had the Aeroponics in last pics. This time back to my favorite, coco drip. Same 600, same light rail, new table, new manifolds.

Woo Hoo, a new club for me..
I'm running a 600 Digi, in my little, 2ftx5ft closet. I've got a test strain in there now, a g13 cut I got from a local club.

I just received my second seed order, and awaiting a third. So far, I have a pack each of Rez seeds' Alpha Diesel, Double Strawberry Diesel, and ChemDog Double D, and a pack each of Chimera seeds' C4, Calizhar, Mental Floss and GFxBB (2 packs!). Also arrived with some frebee's- WallyDuck C99. On the way (hopefully) is DJ Short Vanilluna, GK, F13, and ToeJam.. I figured what's a bunch of great hardware, without good genetics??

Next run (gonna start in 2 weeks)
I'm thinking about starting the FreeBee C99's first. As much as I'd like to grow the strains I really want to, this is only my second grow, and I want to work out all the bugs before I pop my expensive genetics..

Anyway, enough blabber.. here's my little happy place..

Ive been lurking around for a while, looking for a fully documented grow or two where someone meets or exceeds 1gpw with 600w bulbs. Any method, any strain, although I am personally interested in Coco and Aeroponics, but even vertical grows. I know they are out there.

Im in, I use a 600 digital greenhouse.( x4 )
I run 25 1 gal IRB's in a 44x44" area. I veg 10 days from rooted clone and flower for 55 days. I actually run 4 of these on a perpetual harvest. ( every 2 weeks )
I average 1.25 zips per plant wich of course is 2lbs every 2 weeks with 4 600's.
The strain is bog bubblicious.

Wow, how can I follow that last post! Great work! It looks like you trim your fan leaves off?

Here goes anyway. Here is my 600 grow, 40 girls in. Front row is 5.5wks. Back two rows are at 3.5wks. The 2nd row just got new additions last night. They will have to fight their way up to the top to get some light.

I noticed the number of posts and realized that you were not able to PM yet after I sent it.

At what week do you cut the fan leaves? I usually leave most of them on until week 6 or so, or when they pale out...whichever comes first. But running them as close together as they are, I have been tucking leaves and thinking about cutting.

Also noticed that you are in 100% Perlite so it seems? Ebb and Flow? Mine are in a coco drip.

Doing the math, you are @ 1.46gr/watt. Nice! Very Nice! Just knowing the strains that are the furthest along, I am at 1/2 oz a plant. The next two weeks left they will eek their way up to at least 3/4oz or maybe an ounce. If I hit 3/4, that would make the system good for 30oz under a 600, or right about 1.4g/w.

EDIT! in the below photo you can see the second row of girls that just went in. To the right of them are some intrusive Jack Herer fan leaves that look like palm frawns covering up the new clones. They need to be whacked I think!

You can join, if the 600 is on one growing area. If the 400's are over the same area, then it's not really a 600w grow is it?

AR, I cut the fans twice, Once at around 20 days and again around 40 days. this really opens the canopy up for light penetration, there is no popcorn this way, even the smallest buds are fully developed.
I would definitely trim back your JH, Reason being... your babies will stretch to get light. this slows bud growth and makes for skinny girlies, I prefer mine thick!lol
I use perlite/ vermiculite at 65/35%. I feed with a wand every 2 days. The growth is explosive, however at the end of the cycle they have a tendency to fall over from the perlite. still working on the best remedy, I dont like to move then because there all intertwined.

Jrosek, thanks for the info. I was going to whack the offenders out of way for the new babies tonight. Also decided that I have 4 of just about every strain that is in there. That allows me 2 of each I can trim vs not trim at various different periods of growth. That should make for a nice side by side comparison.

Break out the cutters! you will not be dissapointed!
I have found that it takes a couple days for them to recoop after they get stripped. Its better to trim at a set time than randomly pic fan leaves off. this way they are not constantly getting hurt, wich can cause hermies.

Beautiful grow! I want to set up two 3.5' x 7.0' cabinets with two 600HPS bulbs in it each, runninng two ballasts 24/7 on a flip flop.

I am shooting for 0.8 grams per watt right off the bat, as I have my strain, growing technique and eveything dialed in. But I am really hoping for 1GPW.

What I wana ask you is, how are you getting 4 pounds a month? Are you using four Ballasts and 8 bulbs?

I can only see a max of 1200 grams per month with 1200 watts of ballast.

I am very interested in your grow. Could you elaborate a little please? Thank you!
