SUPER FUDGY CANNA-BROWNIES
Category: Raw Foods (by itself without the cannabis factor, but once you add the virgin oil it becomes vegan and not raw.)
Suitable for a: Vegetarian, vegan diet, people with IBS (well most forms of it at least, there have been some who couldn't handle it but they had horrible IBS to fruits as it was).
And just anyone in general who wants a treat that is (read quote)
Now, before you begin this recipe, you'll want to prepare yourself some cannabutter with some TASTY butter, not just normal butter... go spoil yourself.
But i highly recommend virgin olive oil cause of the properties it keeps after heating (unlike other oils). If you cook cannabis often, measure accordingly just as if making normal cannabrownies, you'll add the oil into the mix as an amendment before refrigerating.
Ingredients:
------------------------------------------------------
Raw walnuts
dates
raw cocoa or carob powder
Instructions:
------------------------------------------------------
Process dates, walnuts, and cocoa powder in a food processor until it becomes a dough like consistency. The dough should be very thick and fudgy.
Spread out in a pan, and refridgerate until firm.
Cut into squares and serve
Additional comments:

You can also add coarsly chopped walnuts for a chunky, nutty brownie.
Also, try this recipe frozen; it is quite yummy.
I use 1 cup walnuts, 12 dates, and 1/3 cup carob (or even half carob and half coco, it's your preference). Super easy, and yummy - my friend just inhales them cause that alone is invigorating.
Oh, and I also add a dash vanilla extract, yum!
Everyone I've made these for, I did NOT tell were vegan brownies, they were all very impressed. I love seeing that surprised look on their face. Not to mention once they kick in
You can even change the recipe around, use half wallnuts half almonds, but wallnuts are the best i think.
Although I'm not a raw foodist, I did experiment with raw foodism and came upon a similar type of recipe using raw nut butter, carob powder, dates, honey, and vanilla. I made it into balls so it was more of a truffle dessert than fudge .
I now make a version of this with nut butter (not always raw), cocoa powder, maple syrup (mix in your butter with this...), dates or figs, and vanilla. This dessert is the best!
hope someone finds this enjoyable or useful
