i want grow whit SCROG method

Hi, I want to increase yields, realized that this happens with STSROG, can you explain more about this method: When the screen is placed,how much is the distance from the plant and how much is the distance from lights.How much time should be vegetasion period(how many weeks ).When i must cutting the top of the plant (of any week). Which is better seeds or cloning.Sorry for the stupid questions, but I have never enjoyed this metod.So please explain me everything in detail.I will grow in DWC system with 4 net pots (18 sm diameter). Thank you.

very doable with Oxypots/RDWC bro! nice, would just depend on how you attatched the screens to the lids(mainly for access). thought about this one myself in the past!

Please help me,i have 6 DWC(advanced system with 4 net pots-here is the link to them:http://www.hydroponics.eu/hydroponics-c-23/dwc-systems-s-33/advanced-dwc-4-1231.html)I use plagron hidro,with Green sessation for flowering.What do you thing?I ask for help aboyt the SCROG method,I grow in homebox-XXL(2,4m*1,2m*2m).
I accept any suggestions, help and feedback,please.
