I think I have plated into a hot mix (as in bilogically active compost), I added bone meal and guano to black compost (swamp dirt looking shit) and my soil-less mix...now some of my mid and lower fan leaves are yellowing. more than they normally do after a transplant and Im thinking maybe the mix was a little bit hot...I will get a pic up later but any and all help would be great. thanks.

seems to me there's not much you can do if the mix is hot except keep the water up and fingers crossed. how's drainage? if drainage is good water twice a day.

but, have you got time to add 50% sharp sand/cool soil and replant?

PS. you've pH tested the mix, right?

How old is the plant? (size too?)

Are the tips of your leave showing nutrient toxicity?

If yellowing is starting at the bottom of the plant and there are no burned tips, I would GUESS that its a deficiency actually, of magnesium.

If this is the case, I would immediately water with dissolved epsum salt (MgSO4+7H2O) NOT TABLE SALT! At a rate of 1.5 TEAspoons/Gallon of pH'ed water...

We are going to need a lot more info about your environment and feeding regime and such to really help ya...

Pics would help immensely!
