i noticed something odd in Biggie Smalls song

Now I hate conspiracy theories and I am by no means suggesting anything like that but check this out:

I was listening to the song "Juicy" by Biggie Smalls and noticed one part of the lyrics where he says "time to get paid, blow up like the world trade center".

Now he died in 97 and 911 was in 2001 so can someone please explain to me what this is about cuz I'm sure there is a logical explanation.
