well to be absolutely safe you could buy synthetic urine that comes in a pouch with a hand warmer that you strap around your waist,..they even have some with fake penis's that look real incase your being watched,...other than that your best bet is to drink lots of gatorade & water,..DO NOT excercise or run,..ive heard vinegar has worked for some ppl but i have no idea on dosage,..when you urinate for the test catch your urine at mid stream as thats the cleanest from what I hear,...ive heard of people dipping their finger in bleach and letting it dry so they can submerge it in their urine sample later......oh if you can take some b-vitamins or vitamins in general,....sometimes if your urine is very clear they make you retake the test or just fail you alltogether.....the vitamins will keep it yellow and flush you out at the same time....good luck man!
Get some clean pee, use unlubricated condom and poke with pin to release. Or.
Go by a headshop if possible and get sythetic urine or a 4 hour cleanser.
If using the cleanser it is important to drink all with reccommended fluid at least one hour before test. And be sure to piss often and especially right before you enter to take your test. What it does is temporarily flush all of the toxins out of your system. So if you hold it in the whole time, you will piss hotter than ever.
Otherwise, think ahead next time. Hopefully it is only for a job and you can find another. If it is for other, sorrry man.

Many factors contribute to this.
As it is fat soluble, fat reserves help to keep it in your system longer, and releases them as fat is burned. I know b/c I had to work out for weeks (getting clean for a job) to get rid of chub and it released THC the whole time.
Frequency of use and dosage are also big factors. You seem to be good on this one. With your 4 day use, one week ago you are probably close to clean. I bet not fully, though. Shit stays in your system a long time.
Testing: Urine, hair, or saliva??? There are remedies at the headshop for all, especially for your low use.
Test yourself...headshops usually have pregnancy testers for THC.
Also, there is usually a cutoff limit for a test to be considered positive.
To get better answers more details would need to be provided. Incl; type of test, reason for test (job, probation, insurance, military, ect), reason for short notice.

Its all good, few this was a random test by probation. I thought I was in the clear and decided to smoke thinking I was on case load. This was scary, no more messing around or I could end up in some serious trouble. Probation ends in 2011, It really sucks I love herb, it's the only thing that helps me relax. Thank you for your help, and I wish you the best. By the way they didn't even test me. Deep breath...
I don't know about Cali, but in Colorado (as long as it is not Federal probation) you are in the clear if you have your medical card and inform your probation officer. I have had friends that were taken completely off drug testing (6 panel testing) when the PO was informed that they were a medical patient.
