Is this light good for growing 4 cannabis plants? it's 310*310*32mm 14w 225LED 450nm blue 660nm red or should I get a 150w metal halide lamp?

I think it's called GrowLED it's the only one available and seems a better option cost wise but I don't know how practical it is.

Is the LED 14 watts total ?

I don't think that's enough. I have a 40 watt (4 LED chips) and I use it for veg'ing male plants.

150 watt metal halide ... I have a 250 watt Metal Halide and (with a fresh bulb) yes that might be enough for 4 smaller plants (to flower.)

Are you in the Southern Hemisphere, or somewhere where there is decent sun this time of year ?

You can get some decent light for flowering in a sunny spot next to a window.

before anyone can help, you need to address your grow chamber, closet, room size, and what you wish to achieve. Personal, Medical, etc...
we can all say this or that is best, but unless one has something specific they are working with and looking to acomplish, us telling you that LED is good, bad, etc or whether a 400, 600 or 1000 watt Vert Horz HPS or whatever is best just is worthless.
Lights have applications to specific needs when growing. Don't just pick and choose waste your hard earned cash and be sorry.

Make a wise choice in something that will last you for a specific time frame of growing.

what I mean is us telling you a 600watt or that LED is the best etc without letting us know how you intend to grow.
A 600watt in a speaker cabinet grow can't be done, just like that add a light LED would be no good for a room 12' x 24' if you get my drift.
