I love brownies

Daisy jane is gone on a camping trip this weekend. Her backpacking class went to a pretty nice State Natural Area decently close to us, a place that we both have been to before. She didn't really want to bring joints along because her teacher is also a probation officer. Real nice, but still. So we made some yummy brownies instead.
Threw in at least 12 grams of some pretty damn good regular, which I spent forever busting into tiny, tiny pieces. You can barely even taste the weed, but the brownie kicks in hard after 2 or so hours. Makes me just want to melt into the floor. I cut it up so there are 12 brownies, and she took 6, left me six.
One of her tent buddies is a stoner and she and daisy are gonna chill together. Daisy is the only one in the class that has been there before, except the teacher of course. She also shares the tent with some guy.
Anyway, yeah. I ate one and a half, and I feel fantastic. Gonna sleep reallll good tonight.

I've never really responded to edibles, I can't ever seem to catch a proper buzz with them. But bud brownies do sound delicious. Do you make yours chewy and dense or light and cakey?

Chewy dense brownies are god.

Funny you should post this up, If I've been cruising edibles this past week. One a day, and it carries me through alllllllll day!

Edibles RULE!

I cheated though, I just took about a joints worth of bud and mashed it up into premade cookie dough. Tastes like horse shit if it all lumps together in the middle, but will get you blazed as fuck all day long.

I prefer it to smoking. A mari-muffin in the morning keeps you right til night!

Can't wait until harvest comes in, I'm going to water cure a bunch and make lots and lots of high quality edibles.

i just cant forget my blueberry muffins. only thing pisses me off is that i cant remember the strain i used/ got to put in the mix, buti made a quick cannabutter, didnt strain teh ganja out, cause i like that taste and bang! in one hour, i was str8 for 4 hours!!! best thing ever the edibles.

me and my pop were just talking about my wanting to learn how to weld, and his days when he used to weld. his eyes are getting bad, and he attributes it to the welding, so i may have to take him some brownies or something down the road one day.

cant wait till this crop comes in so i can start bakin again!!!

Daisy and I made some double fudge brownies, and ground the weed up to practically dust. The last time I made brownies I thought I had it small enough, but then I could taste chunks, now I just taste delicious brownie! Makes me feel great!

Man, I wish I was backpacking like Daisy is, I love that place. She took her camera and none of us have been up there this close to fall, supposed to be spectacular. She must be gone.

We also bought some pre-made cookie dough, toll house chocolate chip. We were thinking we could just smash some nug into each cookie, and mix it real good. That would probably be pretty good if we did it right. Can make some medium to powerful cookies that way. Hmmmm....

I'm the same way, for some reason I have to use alot of hash to even really get a good buzz going. Only me and a buddy have this happen to use, everyone else is getting blasted by the brownies and we have to go take bong rips cause it just doesn't do the job.

Anyways, wish I was backpacking with some herb right now.

Haven't been reading much lately as I've been working a lot, but I'm finishing The Battle of Corrin. Now that I've read all the prequels it's tempting to re-read the original Dune again right after...

I should get a diamond tattooed on my forehead and try and go into a hospital and take over

Yeah, I reread Dune right after I read all the prequels. You can definitely tell that Brian has a different style than his father, similar too at times. It is also cool knowing a lot of the back history, you read things differently and realize some new things. Especially reading it when you are stoned out of your mind. I would love to be where Daisy jane is, eat a brownie and read some Dune. She is in the middle of the Machine Crusade, loves it so far!

Well, I am back. The brownies worked great! Very yummy. And they got me goneee. The only problem was, someone stole a brownie out of my bag. My food bag was hung up in a tree and my tent mate was the only one who knew I had brownies. I had put them into individual baggies and hid them in the pockets of some lightweight pants and put that in my food bag. I gave her one on the first night since she seemed cool. Well, when I got home and started to unpack, I noticed one was missing. So, it is pretty lame that no matter where you go people will always be jerks. So that is what I get for being nice to people.

i love brownies. last month i turned some fallen leaves into deliciouse pastry and was constantly high for a week (plus gave away half of the brownies). i think it's a very effective way of getting high and i like the fact that it lasts for ever and you can eat one and fly you know, sometimes there are situations you can't light a joint... it's just important to have a fairly empty stomach.
