Hey seed,
didn't think you were stil around I have had an emergency a week and a half ago and have had to stay in town for a minute. I'm sure you're busy.

Anyway some peat perlite vermiculite and lime will grow well. Clay is mostly silicate and can help make strong plants for a humid climate which is what you have. Growing in the ground allows you to water less frequently and have more rootspace so your plants get bigger. The strain I seriously recommend is cannabiogen's caribe. I'm not too far from you and it handles the south well and can handle humidity and mold like a champ. I also recommend federation's celestial temple sativa I don't think there's a strain that produces better herb in the south than that. Pm me your email and I can send you some crazy pics of a cts from outside. C99 (cinderella) for some reason grows well in the south though I really didn't expect it to. But the flowers grow looser outside giving the plant mold resistance. I would love to see some of the cts grown in georgia though I don't think anyone makes a plant that grows that well in the south and produces bud like that.

The grow season is differnt in north Ga then south. Up north in the mountains (hills) they grow some killer stuff. Just watch out for leo, there everywhere up there.

Hey redrider you've grown in north georgia and columbia? I'm impressed I didn't know you were a southerner, too. Yeah georgia at least to produce the highest percentage of agricultural income from cannabis. Even more than california. I think things have changed with indoor growing being so popular. North georgia and flagstaff arizona are IMO the best places to grow in the us except for hawaii. Southern georgia is also a nice place to grow and has nice sun for a very long time though it is a bit humid. The strains I recommended will do well in either climate. BTW north georgia is where deliverance took place.
