OK i have these plants in a big tray and PPMs are at 800 and PH is 5.8

They are under 2 1000 HPS lights and are being watered 2 times at 20 minutes each time. Im not sure what the problem is but im sure you guys can help me out.

I can suggest a few things that will help but I'll not try to diagnose the issue. Hopefully someone else will help out.

1. Please cover the rockwool. The algae growing there isn't helping things.

2. Since you don't have root masses yet you can throw all those little plants under one 1000w and save electricity. Once they start growing roots out of those cubes into the hydroton you can transplant them back to the tables.

3. Did you run short on hydroton? You should be looking at several inches deep there. You're going to grow a ton of algae on those pebbles. Don't get the top layer wet. You can save hydroton by going to wide/low netpots/buckets and will be easier to move the plants around throughout the grow. (same thing, keep the layer of hydroton deep enough that the top portion exposed to light doesn't get wet)

Hope that helps :)

yo sure gave me an idea. ill look into the net pots and get that going. i think that would be easier and less expensive. I really need someone to help with the leaves.

I think its over water and Low PH but im just looking for confirmation.

Answer the sick plant questions and post your answers here. People will respond. You've not given enough information to go on so far.

If you'd like to spend less time worrying about pH and all that you can switch to the Floranova line of nutes if you have the cash. They're super thick so it's recommended you mix it with an equal volume of water and use double the dosage. (8ml would be 16ml of diluted)

Around 5-7ml/gal of the Floranova Grow per gallon during veg. Lucas recommends getting the ppm around 1100 @ .7 covnersion but I personally don't have a meter for that. I measure low and keep the res water level a bit low at first. Gradually increase strength until plants are happiest. If I go too strong I can top off the res. If I get it just right I can check my notes and mix the proper top-off.

Once you hit bloom, switch to the bloom nutrient at 8ml/gal exactly.
You'll notice the pH to be much more stable and the plants very healthy.

There's a 36 page thread from Lucas over on cannabis-world.org or com or something. Wicked, wicked stuff.
(The formula he promoted was originally put together by a fellow going by the moniker pH)

If you have 3-part General Hydroponics Flora instead of the floranova then use 8ml micro and 16ml bloom per gallon in flower.

Ok...... Gonna shut up now 'cause there's a ton of stuff on Lucas Formula on the web, just need to search it.

Let's just say that I can't recommend it highly enough for Soil, Soilless, E&F, DWC/SWC and NFT.

Good luck!

Greyskull

Hey man, that looks like a deficiency of both magnesium & nitrogen.
Your stated PPM & PH are solid... adding 5ml/G CAL/MAG will make the upward leaf curl on the edges (praying for magnesium) go away.
A foilar application or 2 of N (example 2ml Metanaturals' N or H&G's Magic Green per L) and the plants should start coloring back up. spray with the lights out, too.

good luck.
