i think its P deficency
its only the leaves up top that are changing, i had a lot of fan leaves yellow up and fall off but kept on feeding, given the date i only have about 3 weeks to a month left before harvest my thoughts are, should i worry and up the ferts or should i not worry about it and keep it how it is.

It is an old school sour diesel and it has purpled before, it has been getting in the high 40s at night, so i think that that is related.

Any thoughts would be nice escpecially someone in the area that has had there outs change colours from the temps the last couple nights would be nice.
my other plants are both smaller and shorter. and not getting purple except one other one is showing the same thing on one branch.
its in a big ass trashcan on the coast

looks fine to me, I would keep feeding like normal, maybe one last heavy p/k boost at least. With temps in the high 40's and you nearing the ass end of the flowering period I would be ready to enjoy some really nice colors. What ppm are you feeding with?

Pure knowledge is very correct, with the cold temps, the plant is bring it's color changing genes out, many strains do carry them; but need environmental changes for them to come out. Not always, but most do. It's beautiful when they show there colors, just like the trees change color in the fall.

You are also correct raysputan that is in deed a phosphorus deficeincy, triggered by the colder temps.
The only down side is you have less yield when the temps get that cold.

Again like PK has stated, just keep what you are doing, the yellowing is nitrogen which can also be locked out from cold soil, but your plant is also flowering which always show this in flowering too.

None the less, sit back and watch how beautiful your plant will be when it's done :)
