I had the dream that I was growing pot for profit again. It's been a long time since it woke me up. This time I was harvesting 2 pounds a week and selling it to a friend. I was making $1600.00 bucks a week and using the money to rehab a house. I don't really mind having the dream, and no one is ever getting busted.
What set it off this time was this single mobile home and 60x150 foot lot for $1200.00 that I found for sale, and I have that much in my pocket. The first thing I always do is a roof over and install car port. Once that's done, I gut the inside walls, and repair the sub floor. None of this is very expensive and it's easy to do. The roof over is $1200, the car port is $700, and gutting the joint is just labor intensive. Most of the time the sub floor only needs a few old soft panels replaced. Like 30 bucks a piece.
I then seem to go right to building a grow room. Only this time in the dream, I basically build 3 different rooms. Then I work on the kitchen and bath. Once I deliver the fridge, I start up the second room. The fridge just sits there not being used. I travel back and forth delivering 2 pounds a week to a friend who pays me $1600.00 every week.
Then the dream shifts into how many plants I would have to grow to grow 1-2 pounds a week. If I'm getting 2 ounces from each plant I would have to grow like 8-16 plants a week. That's where I always wake up. Thinking about how to design a grow room. Sometimes I wake up after the house was sold, and zoom in on the new home owners discovering the empty grow room asking himself, "why is there a sink in the closet?".
