I can't tell what I did. Burn? Over water? Under? Help!

I've been vegging these guys under CFL's while I wait for my replacement hps bulb to show up (It burnt out about a week into veg) but the soil is really wet and now the leaves are looking bad. The plants are droopy too, really weak. I sprayed some neem solution yesterday and it damn near knocked 3 of the 6 over under the weight. The leaves have a waxy very soft feel to them, some have speckles that look almost like resin and some have an almost shredded look to the edges. In addition some of the tipps have browned and curled up. I don't know what I did wrong. I am using black gold organic soil and earth juice fertilizer. The soil has stayed quite wet due to the lack of high power light helping my plants suck the water out. In addition the soil was pretty moist already when I transplanted. I don't know what to do! Any ideas are much appreciated!

Hard to tell with those pics but if the soil is really wet and isnt drying out i would leave them alone, dont spray them with anything and let them dry out a bit. Then just hit them with a little water to make sure you dont overdue it. They look like they could be suffering from a few problems such as Ph or nute burn on top of your possible overwatering. But really its hard to tell with the pics and info given. Don't worry they are weeds and tend to work themselves out.

Could it be that I accidentally induced budding for a day and then tried to return the, to veg? That's the only thing I can think of. I have a SunHut white tent but it doesn't look like that's what's happening based on the pics in the outgassing thread. Should I start budding right away if that's the case?

No, cannabis does not switch over to bloom in just overnight takes around a week or 2 depending on strain and if it's got more sativa in it......

For one your pot size is too big, you will need to adjust watering them or they will end up dying if you don't.
How long is awhile?

What size are they? Black gold is rich soil and depending on how long they been in there and for there size they may not need fed unless they were in the mixture over 28 days.
Do not water uintil run off comes out or your lpants will yellow and look worse, only water them with a little bit just enough to go down past the roots and nothing more.

How often are you feeding them and the amount of each nutrient?

Can you take a better picture of the top area... I can't tell if the leaves are discolrated or that was because of a flash when you took the picture...

Have you tested the soil pH?

I am using Earth Juice (Grow and Bloom) since it said on the bottle that it won't burn your plants and I thought it would be best to minimize my chances at making a mistake while I learn. I use 1 tbsp per gallon of water of each and each plant gets about a quart of water/fert. After reading your post though I will be scaling that back because I was watering to a runoff of %10 though I hadn't gotten to that point yet. I just got my replacement 600 watt hps bulb Wednesday and since then they are starting to look better. They have a little more strength in the stalks where as before they where a tad floppy to the point that a couple of them would droop over in the middle of the stalk after I sprayed them with neem solution. If I had to guess I think I may have been under watering them. The soil was moist but hadn't been watered for almost a week as I was worried about over watering them after subbing in my CFL's when my HPS went. They seem a lot better now but some of them have leaves with edges that look almost shredded. I have attached some more pictures of the top. Let me know if these still aren't helping. I took these ones without a flash. Thanks so much for your help!

P.S. - Looking at the pics as I upload them they look pretty worthless. Any suggestions on taking good pictures for diagnosis?

These plants looks somewhat similar to how mine are doing. How old are your plants? When did you start using earth juice?

I have used earth juice for 4 waterings and the plants were transplanted from clones about two weeks ago. I am starting to think that I have one of this shitty huts as they are starting to look like the ones my friend had before he had his hut replaced. Mine seem to be better since I put the HPS in but they don;t seem to be growing much.

I just bought a soil test kit and my ph is neutral but I am low to very low in nitrogen, phosphorous, and potash. At the same time it appears that my leaves are doing one of the things listed under to much nitrogen (they have the claw look). In addition waterlogged soil is listed under nitrogen as something that keeps nitrogen from being absorbed. (I think I am reading that right). What do I do? I am thinking that if I am deficient I need to fertilize but one of the things listed as a fix are things I am currently using (Earth Juices) and I am having these problems. Could I have got a bad batch of Black Gold potting soil? How do I get my nutrients in if waterlogged soil is part of the problem. Do I just leave them be until the soil dries enough (I don't know how long that would take since they're not sucking much water) or should I think about transplanting them again into dry soil? Or none of the above?
