click username, click my profile, click more options, click media, click album, click upload...
scroll to bottom of your chosen album where it says upload new or "upload more".
this took me directly to my photos on my computer.
click on the photo you want to upload and then click open.

So you're not getting an error saying you exceeded your limit? I have been trying exactly as you describe, many times, but it always fails and returns the error message. Have even tried to upload directly into a post with no luck.
The "add photos" button in the media section will let you make a folder. I did not actually follow through with it, so may be mistaken, but the options for public or private is there and allows for a title as well.
nope, no error msg.
have even posted pic in thread. but it is a pita to navigate and you have to edit to enlarge the pic...at least in my experience.
keep trying.
admin should make a sticky with all the suggestions fixes and workarounds that peeps have discovered....oh, now i see no STICKIES and navigating new topics as the menu is insufferable.

you should be able to upload directly from your 'puters albums....
like i just did here and now.
once the attachment is uploaded you can adjust the size, this one was medium....

well, no.
it will allow you to make a comment on the photo you want to post or upload, but it doesn't automatically create a new album.

You're right. I just spent some time trying to figure out how to create a folder, but can't make it happen. Hmmm. When I first joined I did not understand albums so just used the attachment feature. Never had access to those pics. Now they're in Media in their own folder, so that's cool. I guess I could try compressing a pic to see if it uploads...
I just successfully uploaded 10 pics -yay! Thanks

Well, as others mentioned, there doesn't seem to be any way to access the newest folders. When trying to insert pics only the oldest albums how up. Changing the filter in Media does not seem to help. It continually reverts back to "last month" whether I select last week, today, or all time. Will try to upload directly into a post...
