This is a repost of my post in the tokers den, I figured since oldpink linked me here I should post the information here.
. For those people with brewing recipes! First off hello, all you ICMAGers! I recently started brewing beer and I am looking for your recipes! All-grain, semi-grain, malt extract, whatever, etc! Personally right now I need a recipe for an IPA or an amber ale if anyone has one, all-grain perferably. Secondly, I need a recipe for a hard cider, i know the basics of fermentation and i just need amounts, like say how much yeast and the process to ferment and season (to taste of course) perferrably 2-4 gallons, (specificy amt. in recipe) of 100% machine/hand pressed (cider mill) cider (unfiltered) into a decent 15%+ abv. hard cider?
