hygrozyme vs sensizyme anyone?
I am setting up a new 4x4 tray bedded with Hydroton. I am getting ready to plant my clones in the bed and have been running my 40gal res with de-chlorinated water + Hygrozyme. After one day, the res smells a little off like JimJay has noted.jimjay said:I just started using hygrozyme and the root growth is crazy!!!! I did notice my rez starting to smell like an old fish tank after using this stuff. also stuff growing on the sides of rez. Any one know if this is from hygrozyme?

WOULD IT BE OK IF I ADDED TO MY RES. AT THIS TIME IN VEG?
i'm currently doing dwc in 5gal buckets and the hygrozyme seems to give me problems like slime build up or root rot. anyone else have that same problems? i stopped using it and my roots look a lil better now. gotta wait another month to start a new cycle wo hygrozyme and see how it looks. ill keep you guys update!
KingRalph said:howdy TK. hygrozyme's definitely an incredible product. stems get monstrous. i first got it to battle pythium, in conjunction with sm-90, worked wonders that nothing else could ever do that's for sure, as it could deal with all the waste of sm-90 destroying fungi etc where other zymes would be killed by sm-90. to me, that combo is THE root rot medicine.
