Hydrofarm Agrobrite FLT48 T5 Fluorescent question?

Two days ago 1/2 the lights stop working. Are these easy to repair? simply replace the ballast? I really like these for my seedlings they work great. Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Hopefully, you won't have to change the ballast. If your fixtures are really old and you use them a lot sometimes the light prong on the end with separate or comes loose. Look at the ends closely and make sure you have good contact. Make sure your bulbs are good too. If your ballast needs changing they are about $28 at the 1000 bulbs store.

Do they bulbs not work if you switch them out? So you need to replace a part?
I have one of these I got on craigslist for 20$ been using over a year to start various types of seeds. I like it but always wonder about it dying on me
