Hydro convention, Advanced Nutrient Party!!!

Anyone going to the hydro convention in San Francisco tomorrow or sunday?... Vendors only on saturday, open to the public on sunday... but, tomorrow at noon, the Advanced Nutrient guys are gonna try to steal people away from the convention with their Advanced nutrient Girls (so hot!!!) escorting you to limosines for a pre-party. From what i heard, AN has been banned from the the GH sponsered event due to some funny-business a few years back... for whatever reason who cares, I think the guys at AN kick ass for doing some wild stuff like this... They rented out the Mezzanine, a well known club in SF for the night. Ive got tickets, just wondering if anybody else is going... Their parties are supposedly world class. Im sure the smoke is gonna be amazing. I got my ticket from my hydro guy, being im such a stellar customer...haha! I cant wait! Maybe ill meet Ed.

C'mon, no ones going??? If not the party then how bout the convention? Anyone have a particular choice of smoke i should look out for? Thats really what im excited about, the samplers.

I went to the one last november in ft. lauderdale and AN's booth was lame.....no samples given out at all by them.I did leave the convention with a whole van full of samples and recommend going to these conventions to anyone....best 5 bucks ever spent.wish I was closer

Sorry i've used their products and wasn't impressed. The fact they say to get the expected yields that you have to use thier whole line is lame and too expensive.

Marketing is what AN does best, I'm sure they'll steal the show cadillachydro. I've tried quite a few of their products now, good quality most of them, among the top ten on the market. Some of them are simply generics developed by other companies, dished out in colourful AN bottles at double or triple price, but if they work fine, and if young gullible growers are prepared to pay exorbitant prices for nutrients just to get that AN "feel", then why not?

yeah, 700 bucks for an entire product line is a bit outta control... I havent used their nutes, Im presently giving House and Garden a shot, but i do know i enjoy AN's parties... It was pretty wild. Ive never been in a place more "owned" by so many smokers in my life. They had what appeared to be a 14 inch fan strapped to the sealing with two of the largest carbon fliters ive ever seen... I also smoked what i think was the largest joint known to ever exist, it had to weigh in around two ounces. Gave new meaning to the term fatty. It was just ridiculous! Completely open bar, top shelf liquor, anything you wanted for free. A guy asked me to bum a cigg, when i gave him one he said thanks and stuffed my shirt pocket with 3 joints, then threw about 5 more on the table where me and a few ladies were sitting. Someone said it was over 60k rent out for the bar and booze. Yeah, they are definitly an "advertising" company, and i dont know if their nutes are worth a shit, but their parties are unlike anything ive ever seen and ill make sure im there next year reguardless. Good times. The expo on sunday was good as well... Ive had a bone to pick with future bright for a while, it was really the only reason i felt so compelled to go... but of course they werent there, only their distributor. Beware of Future Brite... test before you buy or buy something else. Thats all im gonna say about that.

I think AN's biggest mistake was hyping their products so much.......like how great they are and that's how they justified their prices. Well as more people starting using it, alot noticed it wasn't any better than GN and wasn't what it was hyped to be. you can take alot of their products and hold it side by side with others and see on the label it's identical.............except AN is $10-$15 more.
Also i found it funny that in the beginning absolutely nothing was said to the effect you had to use THEIR WHOLE PRODUCT LINE to get the higher yields. After people started reporting no increased yields, THAT'S WHEN THEY SAID, "WELL YOU HAVE TO USE THE WHOLE PRODUCT LINE, EVERYTHING WORKS IN CONJUNCTION".

What a crock!
