i wanna say that california orange and cali o aren't the same. i think dutch passion has the california orange and the cali o is an old "elite" strain by someone named aeric. i very well could be totally wrong though.

Damn!!!! Norcal's droppin bombs of bud and knowledge as usual!!!! i got a quick ? for you Norcal. Would I be getting that cut of the AE 77 Cali-O if I grabbed a few cuts by that name from the Yay area dispenseries or is this one that people are passing off as the real deal? :sasmokin:

To be honest with ya Rainman, I have no clue. I got mine from a close friend from back in the OG days. I have never set foot in any dispenseries so I have no real clue what goes down at those places. I personally thought it was good tasting weed that grows nice and uniform that required lil nutes and yielded nicely(seemed like a good plant to use for breeding). Here is the only negative thing I can say about her........ absolutely crap on the potency scale i mean a low 3. I ran her three diff times just to make sure it wasn't just me growin her crappy. Some ppl really like her so there has got to be a reason why she is still around. Peace..... Nor

Tornado - Cali-o is the same thing as California Orange but the Ae-77 is an elite version(I think clone only but don't quote me).

Because I ended up having a name that makes everyone think I am someone I'm not I've done a little research....anyways the way to tell if ur clone is the real deal is if it has double serrations, otherwise it's just california orange from a seedbank.

^^^yup^^^ the dead giveaway in veg on the aeric77 clone is an extra serration between the normal serrations along the edges of many of the fan leaves...it's a good yielder, medium potency, and tastes/smells of oranges/citrus/marigold flowers...very nute sensitive/light feeder, easy to burn her up...my favorite morning smoke for many years now...she's not devastating by any means, and that's exactly why i love her cuz she does what i want her to and tastes incredible while doing it
