HTG tents, HTG....

was wondering if anyone else is using the HTG brand tent. i did research a few weeks ago and found a few people. seemed like nobody was having yellowing problem. i'm just about ready to start first grow in HTG tent. seems like the yellowing problem is due to PVC inner skins, which HTG skins are, BUT the skins causing problems i believe are from china, where HTG (i believe), is made in USA. anyway, just looking to hear any experiences, good or bad, with HTG tents. thanks.

a little flimsy to support a lot of weight, but if you brace it, they good.

it's not flimsy at all IMO. doesn't shake or anything. not looking to hear about if it's flimsy or not, just if people grow successfully w/ it....

did anyone else hear about wiping inside of PVC based tents w/ simple green cleaner to prevent off gassing?

I have a tent from HTG, and Ive never had any major yellowing problems that could be related to dodgy materials. all's good in my book

cool. did u have minor yellowing due to off gassing? the tent did REAK of plastic when brand new. i have had mine setup for about a month now zipped open airing out. there is only a hint now of vinyl. did u start right up with yours or did u air out, clean, etc...?

My tent was bought used. but when i got it , it did not smell like plastic on the inside, i wiped the walls with wet papertowels, and in went the system.

no problems with yellowing due to gassing...and if there was i still pulled a nice yeild from her.

(only yellowing that I had would be ph related, no ph meter)

sorry for the crummy pic, but that was the most yellowing i experinced...if you can even tell, its mostly around new growth.
