HTG Supply?

Anyone in here bought anything from HTG supply recently? I just order a bunch of stuff and paid with a money order. I didnt know that they dont ship to p.o.box up until a few days ago. I contact them through email asking if they can send my money order back but i havent hear anything from them and its been 2 weeks already. Before i place the order i had email them to see if money order is accepted and they email me back within a day now its 2 weeks and still no word. Sounds pretty shady to me. Just wanted to see if anyone has done business with them in the pass months?

Before i decided to go with HTG i did a lil researh and found nothing but good things about HTG. Now it seems like there ignoring my emails because when i was emailing them about payment option they reply within a day. I sent them 2 emails and still havent receive anything yet. Im going to be giving them a call thats my next step.

EVERYTHING in my growroom is from HTG and they are 100!! Try giving them a call, they will be more than happy to help you get what you need taken care of. I recently ordered some nutes and was going to order 2 bottles of the same stuff. I placed the order, then about 15 mins later , i got a call from HTG telling me that i could save money by just ordering one BIGGER bottle of the same stuff and have more product, and save more money at the same time. I'm saying all this to say, that they are legit people, and will look out for you. I highly doubt they are trying to get over on you. Try giving them a call, and i hope everything works out for you.

I agree. I just received a fan, rockwool, netpots, hydroton, etc. - overall, about $275 worth of product from HTG. I used a money order and I had no problems at all. They are helpful on the phone, but sometimes they are hard to get a hold of.

I just placed another order through them for a 250w HID lamp and some other stuff...Again, I used a money order. I'm going to keep doing business with them, especially since they ONLY ship using UPS, and where I live - UPS is the only way to go. The FedEx drivers here totally suck ass. But I digress...

No sweat, bro. Go HTG...you'll be pleased, but your package may arrive a day or two late, so don't sweat it.

I have placed two orders with Htg supply. Both arrived just fine! I had to have a bulb replaced, which they did no questions asked, but I did have trouble contacting them. Try a few times, you'll get them. They did appologized for any trouble contacting them.

Yes i purchased an item about two wks. ago. I hadn't heard from them for a week and gave them a call. They apologized about the delayed shipping and stated that they are swamped arround this time of year. They upgraded my light bulb and sent it out the next day. I guess its for the better because according to UPS it'll be here tomorrow 4/20

HTG is top notch.
I have nothing but good things to say about them.
If there's a problem that's legitimate, they'll most likely fix it for you as quickly as they can.
I bet they're getting a million emails a day. Hope the call worked out

Discount hydro had most of what I needed though. Less shipping as well.

Im pretty close to their shop, and before they opened the one down ehre, I have NEVER had an issue. The guys at the FL shop are top notch as well...great customer service, and they stand behind their shit...

My first experience with them sucked... lost order, no email support, and after a phone call I got some lame excuses but I did get my bulbs - 3 weeks later.

SHIT HAPPENS but since we are all human and we all have computer problems from time to time I'll probably try them again since they are close to me.

I hope the next order goes better or I will forget all the positive reveiws... third time would be my fault and that ain't going to happen.

I got a bad ballast from them, they sent me a new one with a return ship label, that one was bad, the sent me another one that worked and they included an extra bulb, some bottles of GH, and a nice little batwing for my troubles. Skip the email and give them a call, they are nice and responsive.
