How to move full sized plants from inside to light dep GH?

Hi,
Any advice about moving 5 ft tall full sized vegged plants outside today or in the next couple of days (northern Cali north bay). Today if possible. My plan is to go directly into light dep unless I should transition them some other way. Currently lights are on from 6pm till noon.
Just put them in the GH tonight and flip them tomorrow or is another plan needed? Trying to minimize growth/stretching as I don't have a high ceiling in my GH.

Also this is a 49 day flowering strain inside (green crack/lilikoi).
Any predictions about how it might be different in light dep GH?
I'm very familiar with how it does inside but I've never had a GH before.

It usually only grows a 1 to 1 1/2 feet after flipping. You think it'll do more in this situation?

Ps no roof on the greenhouse yet. Maybe get to putting onpoly today maybe not.
Plants gonna burn in full sun?
Under poly?
Drape a shade cloth over the GH for the first day or two or don't worry about it?

What light have you been vegging with? I'm thinking it would be best to harden them off with a shade cloth but hopefully somebody more experienced with these things can chime in.

They'll be easier to transition then. I would still be mindful of that though. They might need a 2-3 days to realize what the real sun is and then they'll be partying.

I was gonna put them directly into flower so that they don't have to adjust to natural timing then adjust again to controlled timing when I start depping.
Does that sound right or you think I should let them get used to the outside for couple of days then flip?
