How to max out a Bedroom grow?

I currently have a 5ftx9ft grow tent in my room with two Luxx LED XR 860w. I have a portable AC and dehumidifier inside the tent with Rockwool blocks 24 plants.
Hawthorne acquired the Luxx brand a couple months after I bought the lights. They identified a quality issue with the Luxx 860 models that may impact performance longevity and took them off the market.
This grow will be done at the end of the month.
The two options I thought of (unless someone would like to share a better one) for next grow would be to run back the same setup and lights in a 5ftx10ft grow tent and 30 plants or to keep the 5ftx9ft and put six 315w CMH in with 24 plants again and inquire at Hawthorne about doing something with Luxx LEDs.

What kind of goals for yield should I set for myself for these spaces?
The highest I had the Luxx LEDs were 85% (731w | 1,462w) and got light bleach so I turned them back to 70% (602w | 1,204w).
My highest GPW is 0.89 with DIY quantum boards and only 4 plants in 4ftx4ft.

This grow 2 plants died after veg from faulty irrigation issue with lack of water to the two plants.
If I guess I will get 2lbs this grow.
I saw online that one pound is achievable for one 315w CMH.

I have ideas for the irrigation issue.

Looking for the best Return On Investment in short term.

Thank you

I look at yield in terms of area. With HIDs you should be thinking 3lbs in that space. With 3.5 more likely. Something like 40w a foot. My numbers won't be precise, because the world went metric decades ago :)

I don't have the money to test all the LED companies different diode placement and spectrums they release twice a year.

Twice a week was that? lol

In the late 2000s Samsung realised they were making grow lights, and started to publish the output of the lm301b already in production. Later that year, announcing the h variant they actual feel suitable. That was 2018 and 4 years on, we are still buying it.
There are now EVO versions, which trade red for green, as green is more efficient to make. This is to meet the strictest off efficiency criteria aimed at the lighting industry. As yet, I have not seen them, but they can be ordered from Samsung.

Things are not moving as fast as marketing campaigns. The new products are mostly finding ways to save themselves money. The bar idea is good but I can't think of another pivotal change in years. The LED manufacturers are basically happy with what they have now. The big rush is over. The performance envelope about filled. Tech will creep forward, but just a few percent each year.

If you are in the usa, check amazon for updayday leds. There are usually deals (RIU best deals forum) . They have mh and hps leaning leds.

Get a smoke detector if you don't have one.

which is higher chance of achievablity:

1,720w Luxx LEDs - 1,890w (315w CMH)
5ftx10ft - 5ftx9ft
30 plants - 24 plants
1.76gpw - 1.6gpw
3.6oz /plant - 4.5oz /plant
6.75lbs - 6.75lbs

It has been years and many phones ago. I went to the DE 630 after the first run with the 315 as I didn't think the 315 was enough. The 630 was not a match for the 1000hps.

I replaced a 1k hps in a 4x4 with the Mars TSW 2000 and I had to turn it down due the plants wilting. Take that as you may.

Also the led is 300 watts at the wall.
